About

In 1969 Granbury merchants H. D. Cherry and Jack Caskey developed an area close to Lake Granbury owned by Arthur E. Aiken by bringing in Leon Howard to build the 9 – hole Granbury Country Club golf course.  The course features 3054 yards from the longest tees for a par 36 course.  Beautiful, mature trees frame fairways with water hazards on some holes.  Wildlife such as birds, squirrels and deer roam freely.
We provide a wide range of ammenities, including an attentive teaching pro, courteous staff and numerous member tournaments.  We are the home of the First Tee of Granbury for youth ages 6 to 18.   We are constantly working to improve the course, facilities and the total golf experience.  We strive hard to be a family oriented course, where families can play together.
New members are welcome and we look forward to see you on the course.

Granbury Country ClubThe Granbury Country Club is a shot-makers course with challenging greens.
